After working 13 hour shifts throughout the week as a volunteer I`m glad we got our recognition. But thanks to you (the debaters and adjudication team) for making our job a hell of a lot easier by being patient with us (especially the grade school kids I practically babysat.)
As to the last quote, I think the VP actually said "I wish you all well for the End of the World party (mind the S missing).. further saying that this is the event he was told will happen.
The chap was brilliant tho!
